SONY INTRODUCES ITS Z KITCHEN XPERIA TABLET EDITION FOR FANS OF KITCHEN

The kitchen is one of the most popular hobbies in recent years. Specialized pastries muffins or cupcakes are popping up everywhere, cooking shows have invaded television screens and at home, many budding chefs who experiment with homemade creations.Sony is riding the wave with its Z Kitchen tablet Xperia Tablet Edition.

Archos is not the only segment on the shelves dedicated cooks. The French company markets indeed for some months Chefpad an entry-level device with a support removable silicone designed to be placed in the kitchen - as long as one has a work worthy of the name - and integrating an application "kitchen" aggregator, for the software part. Sony felt the vein and now offers a special edition for the cooks, the Xperia Z Kitchen Tablet Edition.

For a crispy-based device, take a 10.1-inch TFT LCD screen for a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. Mix with a processor Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro APQ8064 quad 1.5GHz, add 2 GB of RAM, a pinch of Android Jelly Bean 4.1, a MicroSD slot, an internal memory of 32GB and NFC, for preparation weighing 495 grams small (dimensions 266 x 172 x 6.9 mm) and including a battery of 6000 mAh.
The Sony Xperia Tablet Edition Z Kitchen offers resistance to dust (/ flour / almonds) and water immersion for 30 minutes at the most, but also a selection of applications dedicated to the kitchen . These are not the only additions that Nippon has hidden under his cap: the tablet also comes with a folding stand, essential for access to recipes for cooking and a culinary thermometer dedicated to the meat (you can, however, certainly use to make a perfect meringue). It is unclear whether the tablet will be available in France and is presented today in Sony's online store for $ 649.99 . For the record, the Sony Xperia Tablet Z is currently priced at 500 euros in the 16 GB version of the Sony online store, without accessories Kitchen Edition. For comparison, the Archos tablet costs only 170 euros, sealing and less. Dare you take on a kitchen shelf charged $ 650?
